"La très belle pochette du disque et le graphisme ne cachent rien. Ils parlent même avant les sons. À l’origine de l’union de ces trois musiciens, il y a une envie festive, colorée, naturelle, tellurique. La musique improvisée peut être souvent cérébrale mais ici elle veut retrouver toute sa dimension corporelle.
Alors on commencera par le battement, c’est le point fort et l’ancrage de ces mélodistes rythmiciens. Ailleurs, ils sont simplement batteur, pianiste et violoncelliste. Ici, ils jonglent avec une quinzaine d’instruments. Ils représentent la nouvelle génération d’une musique qui se veut chamanique, spirituelle mais surtout engagée, revendicative. Qu’il s’agisse de métal (une armada de lamellophones est ici convoquée) ou de cordes acoustiques, chaque matériau fait sonner ce qu’il contient de plus ancien. "
